Leadership

Pastor Jason Maul

Jason and Andréa Maul are called to plant churches by revitalizing, equipping, and making disciples for the glory of God in Victoriaville, Québec. Their heart is to see the Gospel deeply transform lives, inspire the bold proclamation of Jesus Christ, and establish a strong biblical foundation within the local church.

Married since 2008, Jason and Andréa are blessed with four wonderful children — daughters Lydia and Madeleine, and sons Luc and James — along with their playful dog, Caleb. Together, they are committed to serving their community and sharing the love of Christ throughout Québec.

William & Rachel Lowery, Missionaries

William sensed a call to pastoral ministry years ago, and over time the Lord guided him to Quebec and to Église Citoyenne. He is currently studying under Pastor Jason, learning French, and serving in church administration—as well as in any area where he is needed.

William and his wife of two years, Rachel, along with their young son Peter, are grateful to be part of the church family. Rachel serves in the music ministry, and Peter brightens the congregation with his cheerful smile.
